1. Tour-Specific Refund Policies
Each tour or service booked through Turn Travels may have its own unique refund policy, as determined by the tour operator or service provider. These policies will be clearly stated during the booking process. Please review these details carefully before making a reservation.
2. Standard Refund Policy
In cases where no specific refund policy is provided, our Standard Refund Policy will apply as follows:
TurnStay’s standard policy allows refunds for cancellations or changes made more than two weeks before travel. However, a given supplier’s refund policy may override the standard policy. In this case, the updated refund policy will be presented to the traveller during checkout, and the traveller will be required to acknowledge having been explicitly presented with it.
3. Travel Insurance for Flexibility
To ensure greater flexibility, we offer optional travel insurance. This allows customers to receive a 100% refund for cancellations made up to 5 days before the arrival/check-in date, regardless of the reason.
4. Special Circumstances
If cancellations occur due to verified special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), our team will review your case on an individual basis to determine if an exception can be made.
