About Turn Travels Services
Turn Travels provides an online platform connecting customers with tourism businesses (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are accessible at www.turntravels.com, any other websites operated by Turn Travels, and via applications for mobile devices (collectively, the “Site” and “Applications”).
By using the Site or Applications, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), whether or not you register as a user.
Services Overview
Turn Travels connects customers (“Consumers”) with tourism businesses (“Businesses”) that provide services such as accommodations, tourism guides, and activities (collectively, “Tourism Services”).
Turn Travels may negotiate and conclude sales of goods and services on behalf of Businesses. In cases where Turn Travels does not act as an intermediary, customers may use a Turn Travels Voucher issued for a specific Business.
Turn Travels’ responsibilities include:
- Facilitating access to the Site and Applications.
- Acting as an agent for each Business for booking and payment facilitation.
- Issuing payment instruments usable for specific Tourism Services at specific Businesses.
Terms of Service for Consumers and Businesses
Turn Travels is not a party to any agreements made between Consumers and Businesses. The Business, not Turn Travels, is solely responsible for fulfilling confirmed bookings and providing Tourism Services booked or paid through the Site, Applications, and Services.
Turn Travels does not endorse any Consumers, Businesses, or Tourism Services. By using the Site, Applications, or Services, you agree that any legal remedy or liability for actions or omissions by Consumers, Businesses, or third parties will be limited to claims against the relevant party. You agree not to hold Turn Travels liable for any such actions or omissions.
Bookings and Payment
When a Consumer makes a booking for Tourism Services (a “Booking”) or purchases a gift card for Tourism Services (a “Gift Card”) through the Site, Applications, or Services, Turn Travels will act as the Business’s agent and will collect payment on behalf of the Business. A service fee (“Consumer Service Fee”) is payable to Turn Travels as part of the transaction.
When a Consumer purchases a voucher (“Turn Travels Voucher”) for a specified amount for use at a Business, Turn Travels collects payment and issues the voucher. The Consumer’s obligation to the Business for the Voucher amount is satisfied when the Voucher is redeemed. If the total owed exceeds the Voucher value, the Consumer is responsible for paying the difference directly to the Business.
Payment to Businesses
The Business receives payment for Tourism Services after confirming service delivery through the Site or Application. Payments are typically processed within 30 days to the Business’s bank account.
If the Business cancels a booking, the Consumer receives a refund. If the Consumer cancels, the Business’s cancellation policy applies.
Refunds
Consumers who have not redeemed a Turn Travels Voucher may request a full refund. Businesses may also issue refunds directly, at which point the Consumer will receive a refund in proportion to the Voucher’s value.
Dispute Resolution
In cases of dispute between a Consumer and Business, Turn Travels reserves the right to determine if a Booking or Voucher redemption is validly canceled or completed.

Appropriate Use
Turn Travels is intended for personal tourism-related use. You agree not to use the service for fraudulent or inappropriate purposes. Turn Travels reserves the right to terminate your account at its sole discretion.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, with no warranties of any kind. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Turn Travels’ liability to you is limited to the Total Payment Amount. These terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
